What is this insurance option about?

*Insurance coverage acts as a safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances during shipping such as confiscation, stolen, or lost parcels, even half the tax amount incurred (if applicable).

Depending on your country’s/region’s law and jurisdiction, it may be unlawful to purchase replicas. Custom officials from certain countries may conduct random checks and may confiscate your order should they deem it to be unlawful.

If you are concerned that your order may can not reach you smoothly, we highly recommend adding an insurance coverage.

An insurance coverage will cost 18 USD per pair. In the event of unforeseen circumstances as above, we will provide a ONE-TIME free reship of your order.

We will request for adequate proof of seizure (official letterheads, proof of contact) as we deem fit. All claims would have to be made through our customer support. Our decision is final and absolute.

We dispatch items in 2–7 business days from the day of your order, in some cases, much earlier. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, regular couriers do not accept our products for export directly. We have special network of shipping routes to enable safe export of replica sneakers to your doorstep. You can expect final delivery by a reputable courier company (DHL, FedEx, EMS, Postal service) in approximately 7–12 business days once they have left our processing warehouses. Restrictions apply for certain regions and areas.

Please be aware that if you are not covered by our Parcel Insurance Coverage, we are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or confiscated parcels.

This applies to customers based in the European Union (EU). Apart from having high import taxes for purchases made outside the EU, member nations are also extremely strict when it comes to checking for replicas. If you are based in the EU and want a safe and tax-free option to receive your parcel, we offer a guaranteed delivery with our triangle shipping option.

We will deliver your parcel to our partners in a ‘lenient’ EU country, before sending it to you. You will not have to deal with the stress of worrying over the fate of your package or the ridiculously high import taxes commonly associated with overseas purchase!

After an order is placed, it will take between 2-7 business days for us to process your order. Upon confirmation, you will be receiving an email that confirms your order has been shipped out and is heading your way, inside that email, you will be able to find a tracking ID within 1-4 business days once your order is dispatched, if tracking status does not show any status at the moment, kindly allow a few more days for any new information to load.

If your tracking status is “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your package, it could be lost or stolen. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, and our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for any losses if your order is not covered by our Parcel Insurance Coverage.

What is quality control (QC)?

Quality Control (QC for short) is talking about pictures that are taken from a seller of an item that was ordered. Our team will send pictures of the items for the customer’s confirmation upon order fulfillment.

QC photos can take anything from a matter of hours to weeks. It’s all dependent on the watch you bought and if the factory is producing batches. Sometime we will have stock in hand. Raids, public holidays, and batch times can effect the waiting times. It’s up to your resolve if you want to swap to an available watch or require a refund.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the email address/phone number you provided in your order is valid, which allows our team to send and confirm QC pics with you.
